The creator and artist (Sen Works), retains full and exclusive rights to the original intellectual property (artwork) commissioned and sold to you (client). All artwork sold to you, and is of original quality of the artwork, is restricted to personal, non-profit usage.

Artwork copies provided strictly by the artist containing credit (signing/watermarks) may be exhibited or reuploaded without explicit digital statement of credit, the artwork copy remains unaltered, and is not claimed as created by anyone besides the artist of the artwork.

Artwork marked as NSFW, Mature, or 18+, must abide by the posting rules of third parties. The client holds responsibility for reposting artwork containing adult content with consideration to the rules and regulations predesignated by third parties and their resources.

Intellectual property (artwork) made by the creator and artist (Sen Works) may not be redistributed with alterations added by you (client) including but not limited to picture cropping or resizing, artwork tracing, collage work, AI-generative derivatives, "patchworking" or "Frankenstein" derivatives, nor repurposing sections/portions of the artwork for other projects. Excluded third-party alterations such as icon usage, banner usage, automatic webpage resizing, thumbnail previews, and similar properties abide by personal usage guidelines.

Artwork may not have exclusive rights claimed by anyone who is not the creator and artist of said artwork in any regard. Such attempted claims may come in the appearance of false crediting (signing/watermarking), picture credit cropping or editing, AI-generative derivatives, and non-fungible tokens (NFTs).

Artwork may not be used to train, test, nor validate AI-generative and adjacent technology. Any usage of artwork made by the artist in developmental technology that recreates, learns, and derives variations of intellectual properties such as AI generation and NFTs violates these terms.

Transactions regarding personal and non-commercial usage rights of intellectual properties occurs through Paypal and its online payment system services.

Miscellaneous purchases, tips, and donations occurs through Kofi and its transaction services.

An Estimate is provided to detail the minimum cost of the commission's invoice (billing). The invoice follows all discussions and interactions post submission of commission requests. All payments may be made via installments discussed prior to billing.

Initial payments in the case of installments must be a deposit minimum of half the full cost of the commission.

Commission work progression reflects the amount paid for the commission, meaning any paid amounts below the full cost of the commission halts completion of the artwork until paid in full.

All commissions, except "emergency" and "discount" commissions, have a non-refundable deposit of 60% the full cost of the commission.

All "emergency" commissions are non-refundable.

All "discount" commissions (also referred to as "deals"), have a non-refundable deposit of 60%, (non-discounted), full cost of the commission.

Commission cancellations enacted by the client have rights to a refund amount not including the non-refundable deposit.

In the case of commission cancellation enacted by the artist, the client has full rights to a 100% complete refund.

All cancelled commissions and refunds revoke client usage rights of intellectual properties, and the artist is given freedom to repurpose or scrap (delete, destroy) the original artwork.

All requests are done through Google Forms found on the artist's page and contact page. Inquiries regarding a commission, either complete or incomplete, can be sent through one of different platforms listed on the contact page.

» Commission completion may range between two weeks to three months, however unforeseen events and scheduling may cause delays or even early completion in rare cases. Update requests are client responsibility, but may receive atypical updates from the artist independent of requests which can include delays or extended breaks.

» Edit requests to active commissions may be made prior to completion. Depending on progression, larger changes to the artwork may incur additional charges.

All requests made by a minor must have explicit permission with representative (parental or guardian) consent. Contact between the minor's representative and the artist should be established prior to invoice billing.

All parties must be U.S. age legal 18 years or older standard to request sexual themes, and by commissioning the artist, the client agrees they are of legal age. Minors may not request not-safe-for-work (NSFW) content regardless of parental or guardian consent. Falsification of age is a direct violation of these terms.
